Liana Dragoman is a service design strategist and design researcher. With over 16 years of diverse design experience, she has worked within the academic, public, and private sectors and collaborated with clients such as Honeywell, GSK, 100Kin10, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Girl Scouts. Twice, she was a Service Design Fellow with the Public Policy Lab—working with NYC Housing Preservation and Development to enhance the affordable housing application process and the Department of Veterans Affairs Innovation Team to increase access to mental health care services for Veterans. Currently, she is a User Experience Researcher and Strategist with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Open Data and Digital Transformation where she leads the design research efforts to transform the City’s digital services.
