Pamela Tudor is an award winning executive coach and organization development consultant who helps clients turn vision into action in the areas of leadership and organization development, diversity and inclusion, and emotional fitness. Pamela is also an in-demand speaker on Emotional Intelligence, Culturally Competent Leadership, and Sustaining Inner Fitness. In 2013 Pamela was voted the Delaware Valley Consultant of the Year.

Over 20 years Pamela’s clients have developed critical leadership skills to achieve concrete goals as a direct result of the tools that she provides. Clients include Merck, J&J, Citizens Bank, France Telecom, the Presbyterian Church USA, Delaware State University and Performance Controls Inc.  Pamela conducts strategic planning and team retreats for corporations, nonprofits and universities throughout the country. Her article on Adding Value with Diversity is required reading in college courses nationally and throughout the world. She also writes a blog on Inner Fitness™.


Pamela has a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from New York University.  Her post-graduate education includes the two-year Organization Development and Consultation Program at the Wm. A. White Institute in New York City. She is certified by Right Management and Lee Hecht Harrison as an executive coach and is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP.) Pamela has numerous advanced professional trainings and certifications including the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Personal Directions, LEA 360, BEST Communications Styles, future search, Tavistock training, and Core Energetics.
